Standard Chartered spoils women clientele

Standard Chartered Bank took their client women to invest in their health on Saturday morning.
The head of retail client for Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, Ms Pedzani Tafa said much as there were women investing in their bank, the bank saw it fit to help women invest in their health as well through yoga and meditation.
Tafa said the bank thought of fitting fitness of the body, soul and mind into Valentines’ Day because most women would have a quite intense as the would be expressing their love to those close to them in various ways.
She stated that the “the greatest form of wealth is health” meaning that they should invest in a good health to live a long and fulfilling lives, adding at Standard Chartered Bank, they strived to be an all-round banker, and continually quiz to ensure that their customers and clients had a peace of mind at all times.
Ms Tafa said in their effort to promote a healthy life, over and above the normal banking services that they provide; they have recently launched insurances plans that cover hospitalisation, life cover to rely on them to have a peace of mind.
For her part, the Yoga and meditation instructor for the day, Ms Claire Lane encourage people to learn how to breathe. She said women tend to work through their emotions saying practicing how to breathe properly would assist in a great deal.
She said yoga is very important as it focuses more on breathing well saying breathing moves everything in the body, being mind, soul and body itself to bring health, vitality and strength.She encouraged people to practice yoga at least twice in a week saying it would bring about peace in their environment.
