Habana Mogapaesi win beauty pageant

Public employees descended on Ditshupo Hall on June 19 to support and cheer their colleagues where this year’s Public Service Day Beauty pageant competition was held.

Public employees from various ministries competed were vying to be named Miss or Mr Public Service 2014.

Segolame Habana from the Ministry of Lands and Housing and Mogotsi Mogapaesi from the Ministry of Agriculture, both were crowned Miss and Mr Public Service 2014. Both walked away with P20 000 each, a night at Lansmore Hotel and they will both be enrolled at Imperial School for Business to study a course in marketing.

As for the first and second runners up in both men and women categories, they walked away with P10 000 and P5 000 respectively and will also be enrolled at Imperial School for Business to study a course in marketing as well.

The first runners up will also get a ticket to spend a night at Lansmore Hotel and as for the second runners up, they will go to Indaba Lodge. The top six of both men and women won themselves a tablet with free internet from BOFINET for a year and perfume hampers. For all the other participants who did not make the cut, they got a consolation prize of P500 each.

The first and second runners up in the women category were Mpho Isaacs from the Ministry of Health and Oshale Monokwane from the Ministry of Transport and Communications in that order.

In the men’s category, the first and second runners up were Bagakolodi Motsamai from the Ministry of Lands and Housing and Kenalekgotla Ramosophori from the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. ENDS
