Molepolole police are still searching for a 62-year-old of Matlhalerwa Ward man who has been missing since February 18.

Assistant Superintendent Montsho Kgope said in an interview that Mr Obakeng Ralephurwana was last seen on February 18 wearing white shorts and a green t-shirt near Paragon Shop in Newtown Ward along Lephephe or Molepolole road.

Asst Supt Kgope also noted that the missing person was of ‘unsound mind’ and was dark in complexion with short black hair and an estimated height of 1.9 metres and a stout body.

He stated that with the help of the community, they had searched in the near places where he used to go and visit his other relatives such as at Mapharangwane and Botlhapatlou but in vain.

He said search teams continued to search for him, thus requested the public to assist the police, adding that anyone with a lead or any information should contact Molepolole police station or any nearest police station. ENDS
