Kgari encourages entrepreneurship

Kgosi Kgari Sechele III of Bakwena has urged Batswana to venture in to business to improve their lives and attain the Vision 2016 pillar of a prosperous, productive and innovative nation.
Speaking at a Letshego raffle draw in Molepolole on February 6, Kgosi Kgari said Batswana must work hard to ensure that they become self-reliant and terminate their dependence on government.
During the raffle, one Letshego client won an LG fridge; the other a LCD plasma screen television. Kgosi Kgari applauded Letshego for its gratitude, which encouraged people to make life-changing decisions.
He appealed to other business organisations to help the government improve the lives of Batswana stating that, it was not easy to lead a decent life nowadays. This was the last draw for Letshego’s 2013 calendar of events.
However, another national draw will soon take place in which the winner will go home with a tuck-shop trailer and P5 000. Ms Mmapula Kablay, Letshego’s sales officer in Molepolole, said the company was there to improve the lives of Batswana by helping them to start their own small businesses.
She urged Batswana to take advantage of newly introduced products such as the Thuto Loan and the Flash Cash Loan to upgrade themselves. “We are a cash loan organisation that gives out loans to people so that they use that money to better their lives,” she said. ENDS
