South African gospel sensation, Teboho Moloi’s first ever concert in Botswana is set to leave many of his followers ecstatic as he performs at the Game City rooftop on August 26.

The show, dubbed Botswana Invasion - God’s Time, is a collaboration between Pronounced Partners and TA Music Productions.

Addressing the media recently, Moloi said he was excited for the door that God had opened for him to perform for the first time in the Botswana.

The Ke Dumetse singer said he was also excited that he would share the stage with most of Botswana’s talented gospel artistes.

“I will be in Botswana for a whole week before the performance and will visit few churches where I’m hoping to share the stage with some of their gospel singers,” he said.

He promised to deliver a great show where he would perform his followers’ favourite songs and leave them with memories they would forever cherish.

After the show, he said he would also visit a few families as a way of appreciating the love and support he had been receiving from Batswana over the years.

For his part, one of the show organisers, David Abraham said they had lined up many Botswana gospel artistes to perform alongside the South African gospel sensation.

“We are currently in talks with some artistes and once we have agreed on the contract, the names will be announced soon,” Abraham said.

He also said Moloi’s merchandise and all the branding for the show was done in Botswana to support the local market. He added that they intended to host the show annually.

On the tickets for the show, he said they were already available at Webtickets and Spar shops countrywide and prices ranged from P150 (early bird) to P1 000. ENDS
