Drive targets Okavango

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi (second left) releasing a Simmental bull he donated to Nxabe farmer, Mr Olebile Radipitse (second right) over the weekend. The President told Shakawe residents during a Botswana Democratic Party meeting that communities across the Okavango would benefit from 20 bulls he pledged to deliver soon. He said the quality of cattle in the area had declined since the mid 90s restocking exercise following a depopulation campaign occasioned by the cattle lung disease. Looking on is Minister of Agriculture, Mr Fidelis Molao (right).
