Family confirms passing of former cabinet minister envoy

Former cabinet minister and Botswana’s envoy to India, Ms Lesego Motsumi will be buried in Ramotswa on Saturday January 14.
Confirming Ms Motsumi's demise,her brother, Mr Tumelo Seboko to BOPA the deceased suffered injuries after something exploded while she was burning litter at her house on December 31, 2022.
“She died at Bokamoso hospital where she has been admitted since then and yesterday before lunch she passed on,” he said.
Mr Seboko said prayers would start tomorrow at Ms Motsumi’s house from 530pm at Sebitswananeg Ward. Ms Motsumi was 67 years old. Ends
