FSG donates to bereaved families

FSG Limited Botswana has donated P2 000 to each of the families who lost their love ones in a fatal head-on collision that claimed eight lives on the A3 road near Ghanzi on November 27.
Handing over a shopping vouchers to the families recently, FSG Limited Botswana head of operations, Mr Duncan Banyatsi said the gesture was intended to comfort the bereaved families, some of whom lost breadwinners.
Mr Banyatsi said FSG Limited Botswana engaged the services of Paradigm Shift to provide two counselling sessions to the bereaved families, as well as police services personnel who attended to the accident scene.
In addition, he said FSG Limited Botswana would buy school uniform for the children of the deceased after proper assessment. Ghanzi District Council chairperson, Mr Jeremiah Tibi hailed FSG donation saying the bereaved families would draw comfort from the assistance afforded to them.
He hoped the psychological support availed would help grieving families to regain their internal state of tranquility.
Mr Tibi said strong support system provided by FSG towards the children of the deceased would transform them into better citizens. Representative of grieving families, Ms Kgatlhego Podi who appreciated help from FSG said, turning to God for healing and guidance was now.
