Zambian national dies in road accident

A Zambian truck driver died on Sunday morning after his truck collided with another truck also from Zambia in Nata.Nata Police Station Commander, Superintendent Beggar Nawa said the accident happened in the morning at the Choppies Bus Stop.
Superintendent Nawa explained that the two trucks were on transit with one going to South Africa while the other was heading to Zambia.
He said although the trucks were carrying dangerous chemicals, there was no spillage at the scene.
He said they had managed to contact the deceased’s next of kin with the help of his colleagues who were also on transit with him on different trucks. ends
