FSG opens 21st branch in Ramotswa

Balete deputy paramount chief, Kgosi Tsimane Mokgosi says a funeral is a dignified process that requires dignified service delivery.
Kgosi Mokgosi, who was welcoming Funeral Service Group (FSG)’s 21st branch opening in Ramotswa September 20, appealed to the funeral service providers to make each and every funeral a dignified send-off for the survivors to find peace and closure.
He said as the company arrived in the South East District, it was expected to cooperate with the community and other business partners in order to ensure its durability.
For her part, Funeral Service Group’s board member, Ms Dorcas Kgosietsile said the company grew from humble beginnings and its footprint countrywide was an indication of its growth from strength to strength.
She described Funeral Service Group as a reputable funeral entity that aimed to develop the country’s economic and social agenda, adding that the company was excited to provide dignified funeral services that were in line with the country’s socio-economic development.
She said the company’s presence and visibility across the country spoke louder of its intentions to offer Balete and Batswana quality service.
She said just like other Batswana, residents of Ramotswa and South East District would now have access to funeral support services and products such as mortuary service, tombstones, grave covers, caskets, funeral insurance schemes and other funeral-related services.
She said Funeral Service Group, which was operating in the south of the country as Lyns funeral Parlour, traced its beginnings from as far back as 1993 with empathy and dignity as the cornerstones of its business model.
For his part, Funeral Service Group head of operations, Mr Duncan Banyatsi said the branch was ready to serve the more than 56 000 residents of the South East South Sub-district.
He said the company’s establishment in the area was still small, with plans to expand operations in the near future.
Mr Banyatsi said the Funeral Service Group had a staff complement of over 375 in Botswana.
The company also boasts of branches in South Africa and Zambia. Ends
