Ntuane crowned Her Majesty Mma Batlokwa to represent Botswana in Liberia

Hazel Ntuane has earned herself two titles; Her Majesty Mma Batlokwa and Her Excellency International Botswana.
She will represent Botswana for the secong title in Liberia next year.
The event, which took place during the wee hours of Saturday had nine contestants fighting for the crown.
Speaking in an interview after the crowning, the 22-year-old said she was grateful that she made it, eventhough the co mpetition was taugh.
She said her belief in God and hard work also worked in her favour.
“If you really want to go somewhere in life you have to stay dedicated and hardworking,” she said.
Ntuane’s first priority is her project, Woman Up. Your Voice, Your Power project. She expressed hope that once implemented, it will make positively touch lives.
The project, she said, will be assisting the victims of gender based violence.
Ntuane, who is a final year student at the University of Botswana pursuing a degree in Political Sciences and Public Administration, said the project excites her and is looking forward to helping her fellow citizens and hopefully reach out to the world.
Her love for modelling and pageantry, she said, began a ong time ago. Besides schoolling, Hazel is an MC. She is the former 1st Princess of the University of Botswana 2018/2019 beauty contest, where she was accorded the opportunity to represent the university in Lesotho for InterVarsity Games, where she snatched the 2nd Princess crown.
The Director of the Pageant Johnson Tlhobogang who also looked the part in a tuxedo suit said the pageant was more than a dream.
“We want to see the pageant become a powerhouse in the country,” he declared. As it grows big, he hopes it will change the lives of a girl child and make her turn dreams into reality.
As part of her reign, Her Majesty the Queen will be doing a joint project with a movement that raises awareness about mental health and heart conditions.
“There will be a creation of an application that is going to be used by victims of gender based violence and the perpetrators.”
The prize giving ceremony for the queens is yet to be announced.
Sebaga Manyapetsa became the first princess while Kelebogile Madikweas came third. Ends
