Schools close

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi today (July 13) updated Batswana on national issues and announced that due to the worsening COVID-19 situation in the country, schools would be closed from July 16 to August 17.
Issues he raised:
* Situation to get worse before getting better
*Basic necessities such as food and fuel shortages looming
*10pm - 4am curfew maintained
*Alcohol ban reamins in place
*Individual and collective responsibility key in fight against COVID-19
*Virus can only be defeated through strict adherenece to set protocols
*Pray until situation changes
