Botswana Insurance Company (BIC) will host the Botswana 200 Business Assembly from October 28-29.

A press release from BIC stated that the Botswana 200 Business Assembly, which is a platform to drive and unlock the potential of Africa’s 200 markets, was also a marketing and investment event.

The occasion, it said, invited an extraordinary group of 200 market and African representatives, who would engage a committed assembly of international players to stimulate the assets of Botswana’s few and service the 200 market’s many.

The release also stated that there would be exciting opportunities in mining, finance, agriculture, travel and tourism, which insurance companies, in and beyond Southern Africa’s ‘200 Market’, must find ways to accommodate and service.

Furthermore, it stated that the Insurance 200 Channel would concentrate on such opportunities and how sustainable ways for broader business can be activated. Ends
