Kgosi Mathwanye dies at 70

Kgosi Othuseng Mathwanye, 70, of Molepolole died at Scottish Livingstone Hospital on Friday after a long illness.
Before his death, Kgosi Mathwanye served as the headman of arbitration for Suping Ward in Molepolole for the past five years.
Kgosi Mathwanye, a former government employee with the then Department of Non-Formal Education, ascended the Suping Ward chieftainship in 2015 following the death of his uncle, Kgosi Obed Bolote.
The deceased sister, Ms Sefela Mathwanye, said the late chief had been in good health until 2019 when his health deteriorated.
He is survived by five children, three boys and two girls. Burial arrangements have not yet been finalised. Ends
