Botswana's Rail Park Mall usually buzzing with customers was completely deserted on Friday evening in compliance with the country's COVID 19 set regulations .
The surging COVID 19 cases, after the festive season, forced goverment to extend the curfew initially set to end on January 3. The country currently has 1 820 active cases whilst the death toll stands at 71.
