Ntlo ya Dikgosi commences Monday

The 5th meeting of the 4th Ntlo Ya Dikgosi, scheduled for January 18-29, commences Monday at Goborone’s Cresta Marakanelo Hotel.
A news release from the National Assembly states that the first week will be spared for training of members.
According to the release, University of Botswana vice chancellor, Professor David Norris will officially open the training session on January 18.
It says dikgosi will be awarded certificates of appreciation for completing their training by Vice President Slumber Tsogwane on January 22.
The release says the same day, members will hand over a COVID-19 Relief Fund donation to the minister for Presidential Affairs Governance and Public Administration.
House business, including 103 questions and eight motions, will follow the second week, says the release. Ends
