Botswana Trinity God Assembly Church in Francistown held its crossover event on the last day of 2020. Under normal circumstances crossover prayers are conducted at midnight, a time when the current year ends and ushers in the new year. However, since the curfew hours commence at 7pm ending at 4am since it was impossible to abide to the usual setup. The church conducted the crossover prayers on New Year Eve from 10am until noon with the second service following in the afternoon. In an interview, Prophet Kabo Galani of Trinity God Assembly said the church resorted to conducting crossover prayers during the day to be compliant with measures put in place as a result of the COVID – 19 pandemic.ends
