Budget constrains hampers vehicle purchase

The Minister of Agricultural Development and Food Security Mr Karabo Gare says the ministry is constrained by the limited budget to replace all boarded vehicles.
Mr Gare who was responding to a question from specially elected Kgosi Kebonyetsala Fish during the meeting of Ntlo ya Dikgosi said as such the Nokaneng village vehicle will not be replaced.
He, however, said a decision had been taken to optimise the use of vehicles by building pool vehicles for the area and strategically locate them in Gumare.
He said this would allow officers to cost-effectively service the Gumare catchment area including Nokaneng.
Kgosi Kebonyetsala had wanted to know when Department of Veterinary Service vehicle boarded in 2013 would be replaced. Ends
