With the Global Expo Botswana (GEB) fast approaching, all companies registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA), are allowed to respond to a call to participate.

In an interview on Monday, GEB manager at Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC), Mr Dipopego Tsheko, said the virtual GEB trade show was expected to enable exhibitors to reach more potential buyers at a lower cost.

He said the idea was to also create online audiences for companies to share their products, services and/or innovations with potential buyers for a period of four days; November 17-20 .

“There will be a further 15 days of follow-ups and more back to back engagements between the virtual exhibitors and virtual attendees during the months of November and December,” he said.

He stated that companies should note that the opportunity to participate was on a strictly first-come basis since space was limited.

Interested parties should send Company Background, Company Brand Manual, Company Digital Business Card in PDF/JPEG, Company Logo in Vector format, Company Images in JPEG of PDF and Marketing Videos in MP4 format, maximum of 30 seconds.

The 15th Global Expo Botswana (GEB) conference and exposition would be held under the theme: Using disruptive tech to shape the new normal in the era of COVID-19 and beyond and it will run from the 17th to 20th November. ENDS
