Dr Mooko said they were still working on critical issues within the education sector with advice from the health ministry to finally bring back education.
However Dr Mooko said they were not expecting students to come back for now until all protocols had been met.
He said for this period of the easing of extreme social distancing regulations there would be no teaching and learning process but staff was expected to report to duty from tomorrow Monday 11th.
He said his ministry's planning process was sequenced in a way of allowing other sectors to come on board.
Dr Mooko said bringing back the teaching and learning process required all institutions to satiflsfy all necessary protocols of the prevention of the spread of the coronavirus.
He said they were expecting safety and health personnel at every institution to report to the health officials. Institutions were also expected to keep registers and perform all other required medical precautionary measures.
