Serowe Business People Group donates

Serowe Administration Authority (SAA) on Friday received 550 packages of food hampers from Serowe Business People Group.
The packages contained 12.5kg maize meal, 1kg sugar and 5kg sorghum meal.
Presenting the hampers, Mr Raj Bollov Ghosh of Plumb Africa said they were compelled to donate because of the community support.
He promised SAA officials continued support and thanked those who contributed.
For his part, SAA senior assistant council secretary, Mr Rampootho Kedikilwe said people had been locked up in their homes because of COVID-19 pandemic with no means of survival.
Mr Kedikilwe said the donation would bring hope to those faced with food shortage and appreciated the donors for realising the value of the community to their businesses.
SAA deputy district commissioner, Collen Tubego pleaded with other companies and individuals to do likewise. ENDS
