Media catch up with FNBB

22 Jan 2020

In Continuing with its tradition of banking innovation and customer driven solutions, First National Bank Botswana hosted an informal networking session with the media this week.

The networking sessions aimed at forming a solid partnership with the media as well as giving an update on the current product campaigns that FNBB is currently working on.

The Communications and PR manager, Ms Boga Chilinde-Masebu said FNBB as an organisational entity, wanted to form stronger relations with the media.

She highlighted that the intention of the session was to gain clarity on how to equip the media with information about the products on offer and other media engagements that would be taking place.

‘We do not want to cover a story instead we just want to meet and find out what is it that you need from us this year as FNBB and how we can be of assistance’, she said.

The Strategy and PR director of Dialogue Group, Mr Thabo Modise highlighted that FNBB set up an informal networking session in order to have an advanced understanding on what the media deemed as newsworthy.

“The goal of this platform is to have a conversation on how to enhance the relationship between the media and FNBB in order to have a seamless relationship in future. The value that we take from this platform will ensure that FNBB provides the necessary support and information our stakeholders will need,” explained Mr Modise. ENDS
