Public Service Directive No. 1 of 2018 - Adjustment of salaries 3 per cent inflationary adjustment

The Directorate of Public Service Management has issued the following directive.
“Addresses are hereby informed of 3 per cent inflationary adjustment across the board.
This increase will apply to the public service including members of the Botswana Defence Force (BDF), Botswana Police Service, Prisons Service, Directorates of Intelligence and Security Services (DISS) and Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC), members of the Public Service Commission and to pensioners under the non-contributory (old) pension scheme.
“All amounts are annualised unless otherwise stated.
“This directive will take effect from 1st April 2018.” ENDS
