Moshupa Sub-district awards hard working officers

Debswana Mine Hospital superintendent, Dr Mwamba Nsebila has urged employees of Moshupa Sub-district Council and tribal administration to improve service delivery.
Dr Nsebila was speaking at the recently concluded annual awards ceremony for 2017 held at Moshpua council chambers on March 2.
The employees’ excellence awards themed: Providing Service with Pride; aimed to encourage good performance.
Dr Nsebila said continuous improvement was a vital part of performance management, hence the endeavour to be always sincere, authentic and impartial when appraising employees so that they know how much they and their efforts are appreciated.
He furthermore, stated that the awards also motivated employees who were still to go through the same work.
He appealed to employees of Moshupa Sub-council to close the gaps between the results the customers are currently experiencing and the desired results the customers demand from them.
Dr Nsebila said the leadership of Moshupa council and tribal administration had sustained a strong foundation.
He said Kgosi Mosielele was being supportive to Jwaneng Mine by advertising it widely and educating members of the community about Debswana. He appreciated him.
Moshupa Sub-council senior assistant council secretary (SACS), Mr Isiah Odirile said the main objective of the awards was to appreciate employees who were working tirelessly to succeed.
He said it was also to motivate workers to service the customers diligently and satisfy them.
Most of the employees were awarded certificates.
The overall performer was awarded to Mr Tirelo Makhure, who is a plant operator and Mr Otsile Mosege of Tribal Administration.
Special awards went to Ms Lesego Matokwane, who is living with visual impairment, Mr Ishmael Mazonde and Ms Godiraone Basima. ENDS
