Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Ms Botlogile Tshireletso says vacant posts of chief representative and headman of aArbitration in respect of Toteng village and Kgalagadi ward in Sehithwa have been vacant following delayed consultative process with Morafe.

She further said the ministry granted approval to fill the position of chief representative at Toteng Customary Court on October 24, 2017 and the appointment was effective November 1, 2017 and another approval letter dated October 10,  2017 was sent to Batawana Tribal Adminisrtration to appoint a headman of arbitration for Kgalagadi ward at Sehithwa Village with effect from date of assumption of duty.

The assistant minister was responding to a question in Ntlo ya Dikgosi asked by Kgosi Tjazako Munduu who had asked the minister to state when the vacant posts of chief representative and headman of arbitration will be filled in respect of Toteng village and Kgalagadi ward in Sehithwa. ENDS
