Earth quake hits Central

The National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) informs members of the public that an aftershock measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale occurred on Wednesday afternoon. A press release from NDMO says the epi- centre of the aftershock was recorded at 138km from Moiyabana.
The statement urges members of the public to remain calm and listen to relevant updates through official channels.
The public is also advised that should they require any assistance due to the impact of the earthquake in their areas, they must contact the District Commissioner’s office, Police, Kgosi or any leadership in their respective areas. BOPA
