Letlole Mosielele Junior Secondary School head, Ms Sennana Ntesang says they are working towards overcoming challenges, which have led to the declining of the school’s academic performance.

Speaking during the school’s prize giving ceremony recently, Ms Ntesang said they were faced with a number of impediments such as acute shortage of water, students’ indiscipline, and strengthening supervision among teaching staff and students.

However, she said they had put in place strategies aimed at ensuring improved results by eliminating impediments, which had previously impacted the school’s performance.

She highlighted that the students’ performance was previously affected by shortage of water as they were constantly sent home and some could not undertake practical subjects.

She further stated that the school was affected by lack of disciplince among the students.

The problem, she said had since improved.

She said she was hopeful that there would be improved performance following plans put in place.

Managing director of Transformation Angels, Mr Motshegwa Thekiso has challenged Letlole Mosielele  Junior Secondary School students to be aware of the fact that they had the power to change their story.

“It is upon each one of you to see to it that you change for the better and have ambition on what you aim to achieve in life, as your future is determined by your behavior,” he said.
