GABS experiences technical glitches

Ministry of Finance and Economic Development is currently experiencing technical difficulties under Government Accounting and Budgeting System (GABS).
A press release from the ministry states that the technical malfunction has resulted in poor performance due to slowness in process by the system causing delay in government payments.
The release further states that the ministry, together with the Department of Information Technology is working round the clock to remedy the situation.
The ministry, says the release apologise for the inconvenience caused. ENDS
