MPs to attend UN climate change conference

The Committee Members of the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Wildlife, Tourism and Natural Resources and Climate Change are scheduled to attend the United Nations Climate Change conference in Bonn, Germany, from May 8-18.
A press release from the National Assembly states that among the issues to be deliberated on during the conference are development and transfer of technologies: technology framework under article 10 of the Paris agreement and issues related to agriculture.
The statement says the MP for Gaborone South, Mr Kagiso Molatlhegi will lead the delegation. Francistown South MP, Mr Wynter Mmolotsi and MP for Boteti East, Mr Sethomo Lelatisitswe will also attend.
The members will leave on May 5 and return on May 20 except for MP Molatlhegi who will return on May 15. ENDS
