King Mswati to visit SADC headquarters

The chairperson of SADC, King Mswati III will visit the SADC secretariat headquarters on May 9.
A press release from the SADC secretariat office states that it is standard practice for the chairpersons of SADC to visit the SADC secretariat headquarters during their tenure.
The release states that King Mswati of Swaziland will travel to Gaborone for a working visit and will tour the secretariat, meet with secretariat staff and receive updates on the operation of the organisation and the implementation of the decisions on the36th Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government that was held in Lozitha, Swaziland, in August, 2016.
It further says the chairperson will also witness the swearing in ceremony of seven SADC administrative tribunal judges from Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. ENDS
