The Apostolic Faith Mission Church has urged Batswana to allow the law to take its cause in the matter in which one of the church's pastors, Pastor Mooketsi Mogomotsi appeared before Mochudi Magistrate Court on April 5 in relation to the murder of his wife.

A press release from the church authorities states that on March 28, the church was informed that Pastor Mogomotsi of Mochudi Assembly was attacked by unknown assailants who injured him.

Pastor Mogomotsi was on medical attention from March 28 until he was discharged on April 3.

He was called before police to help with investigations on the murder of his wife.

It further says as the leadership of the church, they will continue visiting Pastor Mogomotsi families to give them the church’s moral support.

The church has pastoral responsibility to Pastor Mogomotsi, the families, the Mochudi Assembly and the Apostolic Faith Mission in Botswana. ENDS
