Mabeo in Swaziland for SADC labour meeting

The Minister of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development, Mr Tshenolo Mabeo has left for Swaziland to attend the annual Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) meetings of ministers and social partners for employment and labour.
A press release from the ministry states that Mr Mabeo left on Wednesday and is expected back home day ( Friday ) April 07, 2017.
The release states that the main focus of the meeting is to review the implementation of the employment and labour programmes within the context of the revised SADC regional indicative development plan 2015-2020 and other relevant continental and international policy frameworks.
The minister is accompanied by deputy commissioner of labour, the social partners being the chief executive office of Business Botswana, the president of Botswana Federation of Trade Unions and secretary general of Botswana public sector unions .ENDS
