She noted that she will use the knowledge that she gained to make a positive impact in her community and make the young people to realize their dreams.

“Premier skills made me to realize that football is not supposed to end in the pitch but it should go out there even off the pitch and it could  be used to convey different message beneficial to the community”, she said.

She said she is willing to educate them and empower others to do the same because she does not want to see children giving up on their talent that could  sustain them in future.

Furthermore she pointed out that after training she realized that communication is vital when running football and she will make parents to understand why their children were  in football and had to convince them to let them learn it.

She noted that the support from parents, teachers and community at large was  very important to make football success.

“For me coaching means I will be dealing with parents, most of them are supportive and they were  grateful that I have taken my time to teach and mentor their children”, she noted.

Kgaudi said she learnt that it is their responsibility as coaches to make sure that her players enjoy what they were being taught because if they do they would  produce results.

She noted that cooperation between players and coach is vital because when a player has a problem she or he will easily seek advice from the coach.

She said her dream is to be a coach educator, she want to play influential role in the grassroots development and women empowerment.

She added that coaching is a calling to a place that best suits one’s skills, passion and ability.
