Mokaila in Spain

Minister of Transport and Communications (MTC), Mr Kitso Mokaila is in Barcelona, Spain to attend the GSMA Ministerial Programme, Mobile World Congress.
A press release from the ministry says the congress will provide a unique forum where chief executive officers, ministers, regulators and policymakers from around the world come together to discuss challenges and opportunities of the mobile sector and what socio-economic impact the sector has in both developing and developed countries.
Minister Mokaila left on February 25 and is accompanied by the deputy permanent secretary for information and communications technology, Mr Ephraim Balebetse. They will return to Botswana on Saturday (March 4). ENDS
