Zambia president visits

Zambia President Mr Edgar Lungu will arrive on Monday February 6 for a two-day state visit.
A press release from the Ministry of International Affairs and Cooperation states that during the visit, President Lungu will hold bilateral talks with President Lt Gen. Dr Seretse Khama Ian Khama in Kasane.
Botswana and Zambia established diplomatic relations in 1966 and the two countries continue to enjoy strong bonds of friendship and cooperation underpinned by strong historical ties.
The visit, according to the release, will afford the two leaders opportunity to explore ways and means of deepening political and economic cooperation between the two sister countries. BOPA
