Some residents of the village suffered massive loses when flood destroyed their houses and property.
Various homes had been heavily affected by the flood.
The floods came as a result of heavy rains that were experienced on Saturday in Moshupa and surrounding areas, leading to overflowing of Mosope River and dams that caused flooding in some areas.
The Vice President, who is also area MP, said during a tour of the village to assesss the resultant damage on Monday that the relevant officials would assess all affected families to see how they could be assisted.

He highlighted that contingency measures would be put in place to ensure that the villagers made up for the lost time.
He pleaded with the public to exercise compassion and lend a helping hand in whatever way possible.
