Early christmas for Kasane hospital

30 Nov 2016

Five churches of Spiritual Healing, St John Apostolic Faith Mission of Botswana, New Temple of Jerusalem, St John Apostolic church prophecy and Church of God in Christ in Kasane have donated a 40 inch Hi-sense plasma TV to Kasane Primary Hospital patients.
Welcoming the churches at the donation ceremony, Kasane hospital chief medical officer, Dr Nkishi Kayembe indicated that changing lives of the less fortunate was not a solo government responsbility, but a responsibility for every member and stakeholder of the community.
“We appreciate that even churches have taken into consideration the needy in the community not only spiritually but by tangible things like this item in front of us. We appreciate what you have given us before God,” he said.
Receiving the present on behalf of the patients, Ms Gaipone Bengani emphasised that blessed is the hand that gives and urged the churches to continue giving not only to the hospital, but to all the less fortunate in the community.
“I would like to challenge you to take this message to the public that we said thank you very much for the present and continue giving and make a difference in people’s lives,” she said.
The present, which was bought using contributions from all the churches, is expected to demonstrate the greatness of God and touch many lives spiritually.ENDS
