Assistant Minister of Health and Wellness, Mr Dikgang Makgalemele has saluted the Eloyi Church for having introduced the Eloyi de Club, which has 5-year-Strategic Plan, spanning from 2016 to 2020.

Speaking at the launch, Mr Makgalemele applauded the church for its tireless efforts and commitment to the word and a path of righteousness, noting that the church had through its notable works responded positively to many challenges that confronted the nation.

Meanwhile, he said it was fitting that the launch was taking place amidst significant developments that had taken place in the past to facilitate government priority areas.

Eloyi de Club activities are organised around the following areas; church and community development, sporting, travel and learn programme, competitions and education and leadership. The club also engages in fundraising activities.

He said Eloyi was part of a family that had a history of service to the plight of God’s people, spreading the Word, knowledge and hope, inculcating a culture of compassion, and encouraging communities to extend a helping hand to the needy and the less privileged.

The Eloyi de Club seeks to promote and sustain socio-economic development of the church and wider community by working and contributing in most spiritual, professional and qualitative manner. BOPA
