Speaking during the Camphill Community Trust wellness day in Otse on Friday, Ms Moribame said the greatest wealth in the world was good health hence the need for people to build healthy relationships.
Ms Moribame said people should find peace in things they were fond of since it would help drive the mind away from things that disappointed.
Botswana Substance Abuse Support Network (BOSASNET) substance abuse counselor, Mr Isaac Tokonyane said it was important for young people to free themselves from alcohol abuse because it was not good for their health.
Having a stable healthy mind would help one to make independent wise decisions not tinted by useless negative thoughts, he said.
For her part, Camphill Community Trust Human Resource manager, Ms Maipelo Tumedi said the event was the first to be held by the community trust and it was organised with the motive to encourage staff to look after their health.
She narrated that the community trust facilitates in house training programs for staff focusing on the overall care of children with special needs.

Ms Tumedi stated that it was the duty of the Camphill Community Trust staff to inspire the leaners to have a positive attitude towards life and stay motivated hence the staff needs not to slumber.
