Policemen in stable condition

Francistown’s Tatitown Police Station Commander Superintendent Cyprian Magalela says the two policemen aged 40 and 42 who were involved in a car accident along the Nata-Francistown Road on Monday afternoon are in a stable condition at Nyangabwe Referral Hospital (NRH).
Speaking to BOPA, Supt Magalela said the two policemen and a civilian male passenger aged 23 were involved in a car accident while travelling from Sowa Town to Francistown.
He said the accident happened some few kilometres away from Mathangwane village while the policemen were on duty transporting the mentioned passenger.
Supt Magalela said the three were rushed for medical attention and the passenger was treated for minor injuries and released immediately.
Meanwhile, Supt Magalela said the cause of the accident is not yet known and that police investigations are ongoing. ENDS
