Goldmine classroom construction delays
01 Nov 2016
Construction of a block of two classrooms and a laboratory at Goldmine Junior Secondary School in Francistown has been delayed.
The Assistant Minister of Basic Education, Mr Moiseraele Goya has said that the delay was caused by a need to re-scope the project, explaining it will commence before end of the financial year.
“I am aware that the school is in dire need of a new kitchen and this will be included in the works which will commence before the end of this financial year,” Mr Goya said in Parliament on Tuesday.
Francistown MP, Mr Wynter Mmolotsi had asked for an update on progress of the project. ENDS
