Mdizo drops another single album

Monametsi Thupane also known as “Mdizo” has released another single called, Utlwa.
The 27-year-old, Lobatse-born artiste, had previously, released a single Praise, which did well in the market.
Now, the kwaito star is back with another track, which features hip-hop vibe, bringing in a twist with the aim to resurrect kwaito.
“My aim is to tap into the kwaito market, and I am positive that I can do it,” he said.
Utlwa, he said was a song meant for the nation.
With the song, he said he hope to expand territory and conquer areas he has never been.
He further said the song seeks to address situations of persecution and affliction, which some prople usually find themselves in.
“The track demonstrates innovation through infusion of hip-hop and creates a modern flow, with my lyrics in English, the language which most people usually relate it to in hip-hop.”
“When people try to take me down, they make a giant within me to rise up and this is the message which is embedded in this track,” he further said
He said he would be tapping into the South Africa market.
He said his fans should expect collaborations with some artiste in South Africa.
“My previous single has opened doors with SA collaborations. I shall soon be working with Rivo Ningo and Shoooting Utlwa video, which is coming soon and its gonna be one of its kind.”
Already, he said he was receiving recognition and has done interviews with Duma FM, Gabz FM, The Voice, Mmegi, Midweek Sun, while his video is playing in eBotswana. ENDS
