Orange Botswana has announced that their own Naledi Thema, a customer advisor at the company’s Main Mall shop was amongst the 10 recipients of the Consumer Watchdog’s Service Stars who were recognised and celebrated at the just ended conference.
According to a press release from Orange Botswana this year’s two day conference, which is sponsored by Orange Botswana ended yesterday at the Gaborone International Conference Centre under the theme Back to School.
The release quotes Richard Harriman of Consumer Watchdog as saying the theme places emphasis on the need for continuous learning in customer service as well as the need to use each interaction and mistake as a lesson to propel commitment towards improved customer experience.
It says each year the conference brings together a plethora of highly skilled speakers with a wealth of business knowledge to share key practices, experiences and advice on customer service.
In addition to the speakers, there is a special recognition and award for individuals who have shown outstanding commitment to customer service from their respective places of work.
According to Naledi, she loves what she does and this makes it all the more easier for her to go the extra mile and serve her customers with a smile.ENDS
