 Nata station commander, Superintendent Otsile Fane, says they are investigating two officers of the Tutume Sub-district Council in connection with the disappearance of 70 bags of cement meant for construction of a destitute house at Manakanagoree ward in Nata.

    In an interview, Superintendent Fane said two officers were helping them in their investigations regarding the disappearance of the bags of cement. 

 Superintendent Fane further pointed out that the bags of cement were issued from supplies office in Nata and some of the bags had already been recovered.

  He further explained that the council officials in Tutume have been notified about the investigation and have been helpful. 

He, however, made an appeal to the general public to desist from buying things without proof of receipt. ENDS
