Letsholo implores students to focus

The managing director of Red Pepper Public Relations and Communications, Mr Thapelo Letsholo has implored Lobatse Secondary School students to be self-disciplined.
Mr Letsholo, who was speaking during the school’s prize giving ceremony on Setember 16, urged students to learn to prioritise things that matter the most to them and apply discipline.
He reminded them that life was about choices and that they should tread carefully when they make choices, so as to make the right ones.
He also indicated that humility in a person is key.
He said as some would be leaving school life and face the world as leaders for, they should know that leadership was in the heart.
Mr Letsholo pledged a three year job shadowing for the overall best student in form four and form five.
He said the initiative aims to expose the learners to various discipline in the work field and in the end assist them in their career choice.
The overall best student will spend two days with the CEO and management of Liberty Life in Gaborone with all expenses paid for, while overall best student form five gets to spend the entire day at Liberty Life South Africa in Johannesburg, with some of the top management of the company and all expenses paid for.
Mr Letsholo further said the class teacher of the overall best student performer in the Botswana General Certificate of Education at the school would be rewarded with a weekend trip together with their partner, somewhere in Botswana.
The pledges, Mr Letsholo said effect this year. ENDS
