For his part, the national executive chairperson of Cheshire Foundation, Mr Manhar Mooney said it was the responsibility of government and communities living throughout the world to take care of the disabled as their institutions cannot do this alone.
He said ‘disabled people are differently abled, they are not really disabled they can do amazing things that normal people cannot do, they experiences on daily basis in other activities.’
Mr Mooney further said as the institution they refused to accept that people were disabled and they commonly believe that ‘if one eye is lost, the other eye becomes more powerful.’
