Lenyalo penetrates market

01 Aug 2016

Lenyalo magazine managing director, Lincon Kufigwa, says his company has taken advantage of the modern technology to market its product.

Speaking at launch of Lenyalo  on-line magazine recently, Kufigwa said the magazine gave advertising opportunity to other entrepreneurs and customers to be serviced on-line.

He said with too much information on the internet, customers were sometimes confused and ended up seeking services across borders.

“This magazine will have contacts, links and details of the service providers in one package so that it becomes easier and faster for customers and in the process also grow businesses,” he said.

Kufigwa encouraged entrepreneurs  in the wedding industry to advertise in the magazine as it would help them get exposure and grow their profits.

He noted that preparing for a wedding required a lot of hard work, search for information and ideas that was  why they created a fun, interactive and informative website that would be accessible easily.

He said the website also contained details of preparations of the wedding starting from planning lobola negotiations, photography inspirations up to honeymoon packages and it also has the ideas and information on who can help one with the required service.

Kufigwa said his journey of creating an on-line magazine started with creating a blog and through his passion for photography he ended up getting tenders mostly at weddings and he saw it stressful as it was not easy to get contacts of wedding service providers.

He said he brainstormed on ideas on how he can help customers and ended up settling for the on-line magazine which he hopes will be beneficial to both customers and entrepreneurs. ENDS
