Beware of P200 fake notes

Mochudi police have warned Batswana especially those residing in Kgatleng of fake Botswana Pula notes already in circulation.
Speaking in an interview, station commander, Superintendent Olebile Sitale, said they had arrested two men with fake money amounting to P1 800.
He said the two men originated from Gabane and there was a possibility that the money could be in circulation in Gabane and surrounding areas.
Superintendent Sitale cautioned Batswana to be aware of the fake money as already some people had encountered challenges when they wanted to use or deposit the money with the banks.
He said the fake P200 notes bared the number A98203669. ENDS
