Full Gospel Church of God is on a massive financial campaign to raise funds to develop church premises in Kanye.

Speaking at the church’s fundraising dinner in Kanye on May 28, Bishop Dr Makanuko Bakwadi expressed the need for the congregation to develop the church to enable it to accommodate the masses.

Bishop Dr Bakwadi who is an overseer of Full Gospel Churcheof God in Botswana said when a church is built in a particular community it serves the whole populace and it also gives the area a facelift. 

He therefore encouraged people to give whole heartedly because they are serving God.

He said once somebody is blessed with love one will assist even people that one does not know emphasizing they accept cash, a signed cheaque or anything of monetary value.

He said he wants the church to look better than before and encouraged congregates to give with open hearts noting God’s mercy and blessings will follow them wherever they are going.

He expressed optimism that by end of the year the building will be complete that would enable them to fellowship the lord freely. 

In his word of encouragement, Pastor Daniel Kgabanyane of Kanye Full Gospel Church of God said the word of God teaches people to rejoice regardless of challenges and situations they are going through.

He said people cannot do anything without the word of God, adding his church preaches pure gospel of Christ without editing the word. 

He said people are living in the last days in which a lot of things are challenging the church emphasising men and women of God who can stand for Jesus are needed. Ends
