Makgonatsotlhe new Ombudsman

President Lt Gen. Dr Seretse Khama Ian Khama has appointed Mr Augustine Makgonatsotlhe to the position of Ombudsman with effect from June 1.
A press release from Permanent Secretary to the President and Secretary to Cabinet, Mr Carter Morupisi says the appointment was in accordance with section 2(2) of the Ombudsman Act, 1995.
Mr Makgonatsotlhe takes over from Ms Festinah Bakwena who retired last month. ENDS
